I came across this amazing Waterfall Shower Blessing in Spa Magazine. It gives you the steps to create a 2 minute purifying ritual you can add to the start of your showers that honors the earth’s water and refreshes your body and spirit.
The steps are as follows…

Supplies Needed:
Your usual shower supplies and a natural bristle bath brush. You will preform the ritual at the start of your shower. It should only take you a couple of minutes but feel free to experience the thoughts and feelings as long as you like.
1. Turn on the water in your shower to make sure it’s warm and ready.
2. Take your brush and with short, upward strokes from your feet and hands brush toward your heart.
3. Visualize yourself removing both dead skin cells and old energy.
4. As you step into the shower, visualize yourself stepping into a pure, natural waterfall.
5. See the water as clear, fresh energy flowing over you and cascading down your body. This charged water is changing any mental and emotional debris into the vibration of peace and harmony.
6. Experience this peace within you moving through the water and down the drain cleansing all the water of the earth.
7. Thank the element of water for assisting in restoring you to vibrant peace.
8. Continue with your regular shower.
