Sugar Scrub Recipe of the Week
A great kiwi scrub to get your feet ready for summer
sandals:)
Kiwi Foot Scrub
Ingredients:
2 cups of white sugar
Two kiwis, chopped up (keep the seeds)
The oil from 2 vitamin E caplets
1/4 cup of unscented body wash
1/4 cup honey
Directions:For a smoother scrub I suggest finely
chopping chunkier ingredients or putting everything
except the sugar in a blender or food processor for a
bit.
Mix all of the ingredients and apply to the
body with circular motions. Rinse with warm water
and follow with your favorite hand lotion.
Since you are using fresh ingredients I suggest you
dispose of any unused scrub after your treatment.
